This office is presented as the unification of three retail units on the highest floor of the building, which brings the greatest views. The client’s request was to obtain a series of closed operational offices, a manager’s area, and a presidential area, which could be adjacent to the meeting room. Since the view through the floor to ceiling windows was such an important element, the open office was located in the center, therefore, private areas where surrounding it. The initial concept was to take advantage of this central space with a higher height, allowing for the pre-existing slab to be visible, understanding that everything that comes from the ceiling will “pour” into this black space. In contrast to this, the background will be kept white, so the far end of this area will be framed by a huge tinted glass box, creating a boundary between the operational and the presidential area. From the reception until the interior of the management office area, we portrayed a mural with a breaking pattern, giving the space more color and texture, hence becoming more vivid and integrated with the furniture selected.
